Do not heat the gas canister or expose it to open flame.
Gas in the canister should be completely exhausted before discarding the canister.
Dispose of the canister in an environmental safe manner – do not throw it into a fire as a serious explosion could occur.
Butane gas is hazardous to your health if it is absorbed by your skin or if breathed.
Store gas canisters in a cool, dry place and examine them frequently for corrosion.
Storage temperature should be less than 40‰C (110‰F), capped.
If a canister is corroded, it should be exhausted as soon as possible.
Use only butane gas - Do Not Use Propane or a Butane/Propane Mixture.

Do not expose the alcohol in sunlight.
The alcohol tank or the hose should be kept away from a fire.
Do not allow water to come in contact with the electrical system or batteries.
Install the batteries in the indicated positions with the correct polarity.
Check the strength of the batteries, using a tester, and replace when low.
Batteries should have equal strength – do not mix a weak battery with a strong one.
If a battery becomes corroded, dispose of it in an environmentally safe manner and immediately remove any corrosion products being careful not to contaminate your skin or clothing.
Never expose a battery to heat or dispose of it in a fire.
